RETURNS POLICY

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

If you wish to cancel your order which is not damaged, defective or ordered in error, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order - we will then advise you to return your order to us at your cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Free gifts or promotional items
Gift cards
Personal Products (Item that have been modified with name or message)
Commissioned Artwork (Artwork created specifically for you by the artist)
Christmas Advent Calendars

REFUNDS

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receipt of goods.

LATE OR MISSING

If you haven't received a refund within 14 days, first contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and a refund can only be authorised on receipt of the original item.
